31st January 2003 - Ninth Meeting

The Minutes and Resolutions of the eighth meeting were agreed.
Sir Robert Owen reported on a meeting he had on 16th january 2003 with Richard Vallance of Charles Russell, Solicitors, and David Body of Irwin Mitchell, Solicitors.
Malcolm Tibbert and David Churchill reported on the telephone 'help-line' for families.
Elaine Motion reported that her article has been published in the Journal of the Law Society in Scotland. John Melville-Williams will write an article for a personal injury journal.
34 claims that had been considered previously were re-considered, 2 further claims were considered in part. 5 new claims were considered.
