The meeting was specifically to consider the Trustees' approach to claims under clause 4.3.2 of the Trust Deed for psychiatric condition giving rise to particular financial or emotional hardship. When the approach had been finalised, hopefully at the March meeting, a letter would be sent to the families detailing the principles and procedures that had been adopted in relation to these claims.
