The Trustees had a meeting to discuss how they would proceed in relation to the Newsnight Programme broadcast by BBC2 on 10 and 11 May 2004. The Trustees resolved to make a complaint to OFCOM (Office of Communications). However the rules for doing so preclude the Trustees from making any further comment about the progress or nature of the complaint until it has been considered by OFCOM and a decision made.
